    LPA mission

    One of the main objectives of the creation of the LPA was to seek to improve communication between real estate representatives and the public administration on matters related to the holiday and residential tourism sector on the Costa del Sol. „The creation of the LPA is not only a historic milestone, but is of fundamental importance for our city (Marbella) and the Costa del Sol, as it is essential to work together to preserve and improve the high quality of residential tourism, which, together with holiday tourism , are the main sources of wealth in our region,” – said one of the founders and honorary president of the LPA, Christopher Clover.

    First Polish agency in the LPA

    In 2020, Agnes Inversiones joined the ranks of LPA member agencies. It thus became the first agency with a Polish pedigree to be invited to join the elite group – the most respected and reputable agencies operating in the real estate market on the Costa del Sol. Inviting us to become a member of the association was a form of recognition of the hard and long-standing work that Agnes Marciniak-Kostrzewa, together with the entire Agnes Inversiones team, has put into promoting the region and the Andalusian property market.
